Cancellation Policy

Plan Changes & Cancellations We know life happens! While we can’t offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Because our ingredients are sourced fresh for you, we are unable to offer credit for cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery

 

Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide clear instructions and any necessary gate codes for our delivery driver.

Please note that an individual must be present to accept the delivery, as our boards require immediate refrigeration. Your satisfaction is our priority. Since our boards are perishable, we are unable to leave them at the door without a recipient.

We are happy to accommodate changes to your schedule; please contact us as soon as possible to make new arrangements.

 

ACCOMMODATING dietary restrictions/food allergies

While our facility is not nut free, we can omit such ingredients from your order. We will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions/food allergies. These will need to be disclosed at the time of ordering.
 
 

Instructions for Charcuterie

Charcuterie needs to be refrigerated if not eaten right away. Please take out 20-30 mins prior to eating so that the cheese is at room temperature. If cheese is too cold, it mutes the flavor.
